Last year, I ordered the plants and got three little dead sticks in the mail. I sent an email and complained of the poor quality and my choice was to have them resend, or get my money back, minus shipping. Since I was going to be out the shipping anyways, I requested that they send me three new plants……. one would think that I would have at least one plant that at least survived. No, unfortunately, it appears that I have 6 dead sticks…. Time will tell for sure, but so far, I am NOT a happy customer!
I ordered the little Giant BlueBerry plants over a month ago, I received my order today and was a little skeptical opening the package with all the reviews that I have read. Upon opening there was a little soil in the bags with the cuttings. I put them aside for a while and got some soil to put them in, too cold to transplant outside yet. The dirt was all roots! The cuttings that I received had lots of roots unlike what I was reading online. I got what I ordered now lets hope they grow like they are suppose too.
I had to leave this review as there were so many reports of this being a scam, I did not get scammed and I am happy with what I got. Now the shipping could be a little less but they do include a prepaid return just in case you are not happy. So that is the reason behind the higher shipping…..
DON’T BE SUCKED IN. The product is crap….twigs with no instructions and no invoice or receipt. My credit card was charged TWICE and because it’s pre-paid, I was charged an overdraft fee. Now I’m jumping through hoops trying to get the extra charges back. Not cool
I phoned the company and they said the first charge was just an AUTHORIZATION and the second charge was the real one. But my credit card company said they were both CHARGES.
I ordered these so call plants 3-11-11 and here it is 4-27-11 and no plants.
After a month I called the 800 number and was told that the plants would be on shipped on 3-14-11 and I would get them between 4-21-11 and 4-25-11.
Here it is 4-27-11 and no plants–well another phone call and was told they shipped them to the wrong address and the would reship to the corect address
and should get the in one week or a week 1/2
I was told at the time of the order I would have my plants in 3 to 4 weeks(LIER)
then told it was too cold to ship ( in the 80s here but too cold )
I have never gotten a answer from anyone as of yet why I did not get them in the time period I was told (3-4 weeks) at the time of sale

If i knew all this was going to happen I would have nevered ordered from these people
I am in complete agreement with the negative comments. We purchased a dozen plants last year. They not only did not thrive, they died! Every single one of them. There were three plants that survived the winter, but have not survived this spring. Spindly little sticks, a couple of miniscule leaves then nothing. Even worse, I can’t find a number to call for a refund! Definitely not single berry was produced.
I ORDERED MY PLANTS ON MAY 3 2011. I RECEIVED THEM IN TIME FRAME I WAS TOLD. NOT LONG AFTER PLANTING THEM DID THEY START GROWING. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT THE INSTRUCTIONS SAID TO WATER THEM WITH LIQUID AZALEA PLANT FOOD. AFTER ALMOST FRYING THEM DID I FIND OUT I DID IT WAS TO SOON. THEY ARE NOW 10 TO 12 IN. TALL AND VERY HEALTHY. I INTEND TO ORDER AND PLANT 6 MORE NEXT YEAR.I GIVE THEM A FIVE STAR RATING!!!!!
